Tove is part of leading SIWI's work with the Water Pavilion at the climate meetings and SIWI's engagements at High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, World Water Week, and the Water Action Decade processes.

She has a background in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Research, and has previously worked at GWP, The Water Law and Management Centre at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Folke Bernadotte Academy.

Tove has lived in Tanzania, New Zealand, Spain and Chile. She speaks Swedish, English, and Spanish.
