Verozian is a Programme Officer in the Water and Sanitation department. Her professional background is in the design, implementation and management of international development and humanitarian relief and recovery projects in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Climate Change. She has gained close to ten years’ experience by working for international non-governmental organizations, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the government in South Sudan and Kenya.

She is currently focusing on the Accountability for Sustainability project together with UNICEF.

Verozian holds an MSc in Water Science and Engineering from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (formerly UNESCO-IHE), the Netherlands. A Kenyan national, she speaks English, Swahili, and Kikamba.
