The World Water Week in Stockholm, which brought together more than 200 collaborating organisations and 2500 delegates from 130 countries in 2013, has always been a platform in which ideas are exchanged, projects developed and partnerships established.

True to its spirit, the World Water Week will host an Ideas’ Marketplace at the Exhibition area. The Ideas’ Marketplace will be a space dedicated to ideas and projects seeking funding and/or partnerships. The Ideas’ Marketplace will provide you with an opportunity to discuss your ideas and projects and future ventures with the wide range of delegates attending the World Water Week in Stockholm.

Call for Ideas and Projects for the Ideas’ Marketplace

We invite everyone interested to submit ideas or projects that you would like to showcase at the World Water Week. Complete the proposal form and send it to Ms. Cajsa Larsson by May 31, 2014.

The Ideas Marketplace is an open platform for anybody to present their ideas at the World Water Week in Stockholm but, when selecting the projects, young professionals (candidates under 35 years of age) will be given priority.

For each of the selected projects, the World Water Week will offer:
• One Exhibitor badge to attended the World Water Week (incl. lunches and coffee)
• A table on which to display project information
• Possibility of displaying a roll-up banner (80cm width)

The World Water Week’s Commitment

If your project/idea is selected to be part of the Ideas’ Marketplace, we will provide you with a table at the Ideas’ Marketplace for you to display your material and information.

Your Commitment

If your project/idea is selected to be part of the Ideas’ Marketplace, you will be expected to attend the World Water Week in Stockholm from August 31 to September 4, 2014 and be present at the Ideas’ Marketplace during the hours which the exhibition is open – 9am to 7pm.

Costs

Exhibiting at the Ideas’ Marketplace cost 1000 SEK (approx. 110€).
Please note that you will be expected to cover your costs associated with taking part in the World Water Week in Stockholm, such as travel and accommodation.
