World Water Week strives to become a paperless conference

In creating World Water Week, we aim to offer an exciting programme that keeps the conference at the leading edge of environmental debate. At the same time we aim to involve all participants in reducing the environmental impact of World Water Week.

We are striving to become a paperless conference and this year, we will not hand out pre-packed bags with conference material but let the participants choose material themselves. We advise our partners and exhibitors to put up material electronically on our website and distribute QR codes rather than bringing print material in excess.

World Water Week leads by example by drastically reducing the amount of printed material handed out at the conference and we will instead create a poster with QR codes to our most sought-after publications.
