Visa Information

Participants requiring a visa for entry to Sweden are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least two month before the intended date of travel.

Please contact your nearest Swedish/Schengen Embassy, Consulate or your Travel agency for more information. If you are not flying directly to Sweden please note that a transit visa might be needed for some countries in order to be able to continue your travel to Sweden.If a letter of invitation and proof of insurance is needed for the visa application, MCI can send this upon request after you have registered for the World Water Week and the full payment has been received.

The letter of invitation does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organisers to provide financial support.
