Xylem: digital transformation, collaboration and empowering future generations
It will take collaboration to solve today’s most pressing issues. World Water Week has made it its mission to bring forward the greatest diversity of perspectives. Partnerships is one of the tools allowing us to achieve this goal. With the 2019 edition dedicated to inclusion, we want to put a spotlight on one of our most loyal partners: Xylem.
Xylem is a proud partner of SIWI and supports World Water Week’s ambition to advance the global conversation around solving water since 1991. The global water technology provider is the Founder of the Stockholm Water Prize and the Founding Global Sponsor of the Stockholm Junior Water Prize. Xylem focuses on driving the digital transformation of water and advancing sustainability through its solutions, humanitarian work and business practices, including championing diversity and inclusion.
Xylem will host 2 panel discussions at World Water Week:
1. Driving Water Transformation through the Power of Diversity & Inclusion; with the 2019 Stockholm Water Prize Laureate Dr. Jackie King, Xylem President and CEO Patrick Decker, and Senior Director for the World Bank Group’s Water Global Practice Jennifer Sara
2. Smart Water Management for Water Safety, Accessibility and Affordability, with representatives of UNESCO and International Water Resources Association.
Their exhibition booth will showcase their water solutions.
