Dani Gaillard-Picher
Both American and French, Dani holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, USA) and a Masters in Global Development Management from Open University (UK). Dani was previously Senior Specialist for Global Processes at GWP, linking thematic and policy work to global water and climate processes, including with UN bodies, the International Decade for Action and other key partners. As advisor to the ES/CEO, she also led the Water Changemakers Awards team. Prior to that, she served as Director of Policy and Programs for the World Water Council where she worked extensively on conceptualizing and supporting multi-stakeholder change processes through the triennial World Water Forums. She served as Vice Chair for the Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture (WASAG) and was a member of the WMO Hydrological Coordination Panel.
