She is responsible for administrative, financial, and contractual and business support within the SWH. She also supports in knowledge management and business development within SIWI.

Before joining SIWI, Mandy worked with several non-profit organisations such as GGI Linköping, University of Zimbabwe Clinical Trials Research Centre (UZ-CTRC) in collaboration with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and the Center for Sexual Health HIV Aids.

She holds a MSc Strategy Management from Linköping Universistet, Sweden and others in Business Management and Finance from the Midlands State University, Gweru, Zimbabwe. Previously she also worked with the UNFPA, GIZ and Gates Foundation. She also volunteers as a Business Mentor with the United Nations Volunteers and Mandela Washington Foundation.

A Zimbabwean and Malawian national, proficient in Shona, Ndebele, Swedish and English.
