Hello! I was born in Hermosillo, Sonora, México. The state of Sonora alone produces over 4o% of the nation´s shrimp, mostly through shrimp farms, making this a huge challange for the region. Personally, I believe the implementation and development of biofloc and flocponics are critical to minimizing the impact aquaculture has on the world, while upkeeping with the necessary production.
