Vivaan Rajawat

I’m Vivaan, a 15-year-old student passionate about technology and someone who wants to make a positive impact on the world. I am extremely interested in tech-related subjects whether it is exploring the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, or diving into the domain of IoT, my enthusiasm to learn is endless. These are my two active projects – Smart Water Efficient Home and Home Security Device

I believe in the potential of technology to create a better future. In an ever-changing world, I am determined to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and develop innovative solutions to change lives.

My other passion is cricket. I play various formats of the game – local club, MCC hub and leading my school’s U15 cricket team.

Tell us what the water concern in your country is!

In the UK, water concerns are around water scarcity, water quality, and water management. Certain regions, particularly in the southeast of England, face water scarcity issues due to high population density, ageing infrastructure, agricultural runoff, pollution from various sources, and lower rainfall levels.

This is what I think is one of the solutions for a sustainable future:

The Smart Water Efficient Home system powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence) & IoT (Internet of Things) and equipped with advanced sensors & real-time data analysis actively detects water quality & discoloration, leakages, and clogging issues, and alerts users about them. This scalable system enables proactive maintenance, prevents property damage, reduces water wastage, and safeguards the delivery of a clean and uninterrupted water supply. By enhancing the overall water infrastructure resilience for a sustainable future, this hybrid solution unlocks the potential to revolutionize how we manage our water resources at home, residential societies, office premises, industries, and city levels
