The Chief Operating Officer Karin Gardes and her team play a key role in SIWI’s current and future operations. This includes ensuring that the organization has the right capacity and developing efficient processes for the programmatic work.

The COO team guides SIWI on topics such as project design, implementation, and reporting, but also on the more long-term strategic development so that SIWI can continue to contribute to good water governance across the world.
