Jovana is a Programme Officer at SIWI´s Water and Sanitation Department at the LAC Office in Bogota, Colombia. She has over 15 years of experience in project management, knowledge management, operations, and communications in the fields of international development, international studies, finance, and foreign & public policy.

Prior to joining SIWI, she worked at the IDB in water and sanitation management and development and monitoring of agricultural research projects. She has strong skills in strategic planning and execution of grants and operations for LAC.

Jovana holds a B.S. in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia (Colombia), a M.A. in International Studies from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) and a Master in Advance Global Studies/Master in Development Practice from Sciences Po Paris (France). She speaks Spanish, English, and French.
