Many ways exist to present a year in review. Our work has, from the start, been geared towards making the great strides that have been made at SIWI throughout the year accessible to a broad audience. This year in review will take you on a journey around the world. It will portray some of our most important achievements and highlight who is behind them.
The journey that this review takes showcases everything from local capacity building to renowned global platforms, from a new office in Amman, to the world’s leading water conference in Stockholm. It is a celebration of our diverse backgrounds and our profound impacts.

While a PDF version remains available, the review is presented in a digital and highly interactive tool. Importantly, we have chosen to focus on a selection of main highlights rather than portraying everything that has been done. The review focuses on the outcomes of our platforms, projects, and programmes. Other products such as a full financial report will become available later in the year, and once they are finalized, will be linked to the year in review.
We are confident that these few pages will give the reader a deeper understanding of what SIWI is, and why what we do is crucial to a future that is sustainable, just, and water-secure.
