From Global Mutirão to Bairro Mutirão: Building Resilience for Cities, Buildings, Cooling, Infrastructure and Water

Through a fireside chat and audience exchange, pavilion hosts and mutirão partners share insights from the first days of COP30 and discuss what lies ahead for the Neighbourhood. The conversation explores how urban resilience, water security, and sustainable infrastructure can advance together through multi-level governance and collaborative action.
