Tracking and Building Urban Water Resilience: From Cities to National Climate Commitments

Urban water resilience is vital for adaptation and climate security. This session showcases tools, data, and case studies connecting city-level actions to national climate commitments.

Drawing on insights from the Urban Water Resilience Initiative, partners demonstrate how tracking systems and collaborative governance can scale successful approaches. SIWI presents its work linking local adaptation efforts with national policies, showing how urban resilience contributes to achieving the Global Goal on Adaptation and strengthens implementation of NDCs and NAPs.
